How fast will I get a reply?

How do I check the status of an existing order?

What are your shipping and returns terms?
Shipping is free on orders over £99 to mainland Spain, and takes 24–48 hours there, three to six working days across the rest of Europe. You have 30 days to return anything unused, and size exchanges are free.
