Products & materials
What motorcycle gear does RAXMOTO make and sell?
We specialise in motorcycle clothing for road, racing and off-road riding. Our core ranges are:
- Motorcycle jackets — textile summer jackets, waterproof winter jackets and premium leather motorcycle jackets.
- Motorcycle leather racing suits — both 1-piece race suits and 2-piece touring suits.
- Motocross suits and jackets — MX and enduro kit built to take a beating.
- Motorcycle gloves — summer, winter and full leather racing gauntlets.
- Leather motorcycle vests — classic cowhide biker vests.
We also stock boots and body protection to complete your setup.
What leather do you use for your leather jackets and racing suits?
Our leather motorcycle jackets, leather racing suits and leather vests are made from full-grain cowhide, typically 1.1–1.3 mm thick, which is the standard for abrasion resistance in a slide. Racing suits use thicker panels at the shoulders, elbows and knees, with stretch panels and accordion flex zones so you can tuck in on track. Every leather garment is cut to keep armour located over the joints it protects.
What's the difference between a 1-piece and a 2-piece leather racing suit?
A 1-piece leather race suit is a single garment, favoured on track for the best fit at speed and the fewest seams to fail in a crash. A 2-piece suit zips together at the waist so the jacket and trousers can be worn separately for the road, which makes it far more versatile for touring and sport-touring riders. Both are CE certified and both are available in our standard sizes or as a fully custom design.
Do you sell motocross and enduro gear?
Yes. Our off-road range covers motocross jackets, MX and enduro kit, and off-road gloves designed for grip in the dirt. Motocross gear prioritises ventilation and freedom of movement over abrasion panels, since off-road riding has different demands to tarmac. If you need a matching custom motocross kit for a team or club, that's exactly what our custom service is for.
Are your motorcycle gloves and vests sold separately?
Yes, gloves and vests are individual products. Gloves come in summer (perforated), winter (insulated and waterproof) and full leather racing versions with hard knuckle protection. Leather vests are genuine cowhide, cut in a classic biker style, and are popular as a layer or a standalone club piece.
Which brands do you carry?
Alongside our own house lines Raxus and Freeday, we carry selected motorcycle gear from Seventy Degree, Alpinestars, Dainese, Oxford and RST. Our own lines are where the custom and private-label work happens, since we control the production.
Custom designs & private label
Every product we make — motorcycle jackets, leather jackets, leather racing suits, motocross suits, gloves and leather vests — can be produced in your own custom design, colours and branding. We also run a full private-label / OEM service for brands, race teams, clubs and retailers who want to sell gear under their own name.
Can I order a fully custom motorcycle jacket or racing suit?
Yes. We make custom leather jackets, custom leather racing suits, custom motocross suits, custom gloves and custom leather vests to your own design — colours, logos, sponsor placement, rider name and personal measurements. Send us a sketch, a reference photo or your brand artwork on WhatsApp or through our contact page and we'll turn it into a production-ready design.
Do you offer private-label or OEM manufacturing for other brands?
We do. Our private-label service lets brands, retailers, race teams and riding clubs produce motorcycle clothing under their own label. You supply the branding and the spec; we handle pattern-making, materials, CE-certified construction and finishing. It covers the full range — jackets, leather suits, motocross kit, gloves and vests. Get in touch for minimum order quantities and a quote.
How does the custom design process work?
- Share your idea, artwork or a reference product with us.
- We send a design mock-up, material options and a price.
- You approve the design and confirm measurements or size run.
- We produce, quality-check against CE standards, and ship.
Lead times depend on the product and quantity — we'll give you a realistic timeframe with the quote.
Is custom and private-label gear still CE certified?
Yes. Custom and private-label garments are built to the same European safety standards as our stock range, with certified impact protectors and construction. The certification level of each piece is confirmed as part of the spec, so a custom race suit or private-label jacket carries the same protection you'd expect off the shelf.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose the right size in a motorcycle jacket or suit?
Measure your chest, waist, sleeve and hand, then compare those figures against the chart on our size guide rather than guessing from your usual clothing size — motorcycle gear is cut closer so armour stays in place. Sizes run from XS to 3XL depending on the model. Leather race suits fit tighter by design; if you're between sizes, message us and we'll tell you how a specific model runs.
What measurements do you need for a custom fit?
For a custom leather jacket or racing suit we'll ask for chest, waist, hips, sleeve length, back length, thigh and inseam, plus your height and weight. We send a simple measuring guide so you can take them accurately at home, and we double-check anything that looks unusual before cutting.
Do motorcycle gloves and vests use the same sizing?
No — gloves are sized by the width across your palm (knuckles), while vests follow chest sizing like jackets. Both are covered on the size guide, and we're happy to confirm a size over WhatsApp before you order.
CE certification & safety
Is RAXMOTO motorcycle clothing CE certified?
Yes. Every jacket, trouser, suit, glove and back protector meets the current European standards: EN 17092 for garments, EN 1621-1 and EN 1621-2 for impact protectors, and EN 13594 for gloves. Each product page states the exact certification level so you can compare like with like instead of guessing from a description.
What do CE Level 1 and Level 2 mean?
They describe how much impact energy a protector absorbs. Level 1 passes a lower impact threshold; Level 2 absorbs more and transmits less force to your body, which is why race-focused armour is usually Level 2. Garments are also rated (AA, AAA and so on) for abrasion, tear and seam strength under EN 17092 — a race suit sits at the top of that scale.
Does the armour come included?
Our jackets and suits include CE-rated shoulder and elbow armour as standard, and most are ready to take a back protector in the built-in pocket. The product page lists what's included and what can be added, so you're never guessing whether protection is sold separately.
Shipping & delivery
Where does RAXMOTO ship, and how long does it take?
We ship from our warehouse in Girona, Spain across mainland Spain and the wider EU. Mainland Spain arrives in 24 to 48 hours; most European countries take three to six working days. Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same afternoon.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over £99 to mainland Spain. Below that a flat rate applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get tracking once your order is dispatched. If you'd like a quick update in the meantime, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll check it for you.
Returns, exchanges & ordering
What is your returns and exchange policy?
You have 30 days to return anything unused in its original packaging. Size exchanges are free — we ship the replacement as soon as the courier collects the first parcel, so you're not left waiting. Full details are on our returns policy page.
Can custom or private-label orders be returned?
Because custom and private-label items are made to your own design and measurements, they're produced specifically for you and generally can't be returned for a refund unless they arrive faulty. That's why we confirm the design, spec and measurements with you before production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, PayPal and common local methods, shown securely at checkout. For custom and private-label projects we agree payment terms with you as part of the quote.
Is there a warranty on your gear?
Every product carries the genuine manufacturer warranty, and we run a dedicated after-sales service for any issue with your gear. Contact us by WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it.
