Return Conditions

You may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. We cannot accept returns after this period.

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in perfect condition.
• Returned in its original packaging, including all labels, instructions, manuals, and accessories.
• Original packaging must be placed inside a separate shipping box to protect it during transit.
• Helmets must be unworn, undamaged, and retain all protective seals and labels.

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods (or proof of dispatch), we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your refund will include:

• The full purchase price of the returned item.
• The original standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase.

Additional delivery costs from choosing an upgraded shipping option will not be refunded.

Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised motorcycle parts.
• Products manufactured to your specifications.
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
• Digital products once downloading has begun with your consent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following remedies:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Full refund

We will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs in these cases.

Order Cancellations

A cancellation applies when your order has not yet left our warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible. The refund will be processed within approximately 15 days using your original payment method.

Warranty

All products sold on raxmoto.com are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
