Personal, White Label, Private Label, or OEM custom manufacturing

One-off and bulk both go through the same workshop. Pick the model that matches how much you need and how much of it should carry your own name.

  • Embroidered name, initials, nickname or plate number
  • Choice of colour and material from our existing range
  • Armour/protection level upgrade on request
  • Fit adjustments — sleeve, torso and leg length

How an order runs

From first message to delivered goods

The same process applies to a Personal order and a full OEM collection — steps 2 and 4 are simply lighter for Personal, White Label and Private Label orders.

1

Discovery message or call

We discuss what you want, your service type (Personal/White/Private/OEM) and rough quantity.

2

Design & tech pack

OEM: full pattern development. Private Label: base pattern adapted. Personal/White Label: skip to step 5.

3

Material & colour selection

You choose from swatches, Pantone references and hardware options; we confirm availability and cost.

4

Sample / prototype

A physical sample or the personalised piece itself is cut and sewn for your review.

5

Approval & revisions

You review in person or by video call; we revise until it's signed off.

6

Production & in-line QC

Cutting, sewing and assembly, with checkpoints at cutting, mid-line and pre-pack inspection.

7

Final inspection & delivery

100% final QC, branded or gift packaging, and shipment across Spain, the EU and internationally.

Planning your order

MOQ, lead times & getting a price

Exact pricing depends on materials, protection level and quantity, so we quote per project rather than publishing a flat price list. The ranges below give a realistic starting point.

ProductPersonal (1 unit)Bulk MOQ per colourway*Sample lead time*Bulk lead time*
Jackets (textile or leather)1 unit50 units2–4 weeks6–10 weeks

Vests1 unit50 units1–3 weeks4–6 weeks

* Placeholder figures — replace with confirmed numbers from your production team. Mixed sizes within one colourway are generally accepted toward the bulk MOQ.

Payment terms*

Typically a deposit on sample/order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. Exact terms confirmed on your quote.

Reordering

Once a style and tech pack exist, reorders can usually run below the original MOQ for future seasons.

Shipping

EU pallet/parcel shipping from our Girona, Spain workshop, plus international freight for markets outside Europe.

Safety comes first

Built toward recognized PPE standards

Motorcycle apparel sold as protective equipment in the EU falls under PPE regulation. We construct garments with these target standards in mind and can coordinate third-party lab testing and certification on request.*

EN17092

Motorcycle protective clothing

Covers jackets and suits, rated in classes AAA, AA, A, B and C depending on abrasion resistance and protection coverage.

EN13594

Motorcycle gloves

Covers impact and abrasion protection requirements specific to gloves.

EN1621-1

Limb impact protectors

Certification for shoulder, elbow, hip and knee armour inserts (Level 1 or Level 2).

EN1621-2

Back protectors

Certification for back protector inserts, offered as removable, protector-ready pockets in most garments.

* Certification testing is typically arranged through an accredited third-party lab and quoted separately per garment/class. We can recommend testing partners on request.

Why manufacture with us

A partner that already knows riders

Girona, Spain-based

Nearshore production for European brands means shorter shipping, no EU import duties, and a workshop you can visit in person.

We sell gear too

As a working motorcycle retailer ourselves, we know what riders ask for at the counter — fit, ventilation and real-world durability.

Small-batch flexible

From a single personalised piece to a growing brand's next collection — not only large corporate orders.

In-house design support

No finished tech pack? Our team can help translate a concept or reference garment into production-ready specs.

Multilingual, multi-market

Our storefront already serves markets across Europe — we understand cross-border retail from experience.

Direct communication

You work with a dedicated contact through sampling and production, in English or Spanish, not a rotating account queue.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between OEM, Private Label, White Label and a Personal order?

OEM is a fully custom design built from scratch, exclusively for you. Private Label is your branding and material choices on our existing base patterns. White Label is your branding applied to an already-finished catalog product. A Personal order is any of this scaled down to a single piece for one rider, with no company or MOQ required.

Can I order just one customized jacket, glove, suit or vest for myself?

Yes. Personal Custom Orders start at a single unit — name/initials, colour choice, material choice and fit adjustments are all available on one piece.

What's the minimum order quantity for business orders?

Roughly 20–50 units for White Label, 50–150 for Private Label, and 100–300 for full OEM, per style/colourway.* We can discuss project-specific exceptions on a call.

Can I mix sizes within one MOQ?

Yes — the MOQ applies per style/colourway, and sizes are typically distributed across a standard curve (more M/L, fewer XS/XXL), which we'll help you plan.

I don't have a tech pack — can you still help with OEM?

Yes. Our team can develop a tech pack from a sketch, a reference garment, or even a verbal description of what you want.

Can I get a physical sample before committing to bulk production?

Always. No bulk order proceeds until you've approved a physical sample, including fit, materials and branding placement.

Do you handle CE certification testing?

We construct garments toward recognized PPE standards (EN 17092, EN 13594, EN 1621) and can coordinate third-party lab testing and certification on request; this is quoted separately from production cost.*

What are your payment terms?

Typically a deposit to confirm sampling/production, with the balance due before shipment — exact terms are confirmed on your quote.*

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, we ship internationally in addition to our existing EU/Spain distribution network.

How long does a personal one-off order take?

Typically 3–5 weeks* from confirming design, colour and fit to delivery, since it's produced as a single cut rather than queued behind a bulk run.

Can I add my name, initials or nickname to a personal order?

Yes — embroidered, printed or debossed depending on the material, plus an optional personalised woven label inside the garment.

What colours and materials can I choose from for a personal order?

Anything already in our production range — leather grades and finishes, technical textiles, and our standard colourways. Fully bespoke materials outside that range are handled as a small OEM project instead.

Can I reorder the same private-label style in future seasons?

Yes — once a style and tech pack exist, reorders can usually run below the original MOQ.

Do you offer design help if I only have a rough idea or sketch?

Yes, for OEM and Private Label projects our team can turn a sketch, mood board or reference garment into a production-ready spec.

What's the real difference between a race suit and a touring suit?

A one-piece race suit is built for track use with maximum abrasion resistance and no connecting zip; a two-piece touring suit splits into a jacket and trousers with a full-perimeter zip, trading a little protection for everyday practicality.

Can motorcycle clubs order matching cut vests with patches?

Yes — leather cowhide cut vests with defined patch and embroidery placement zones are one of our most common club and team orders.

Is there a design/sampling fee, and is it refunded against a bulk order?

Sampling and tech pack development are typically charged separately from production; ask us to confirm whether this is credited back once a bulk order is confirmed.*

Can I visit your workshop in Girona to discuss my project in person?

Yes — you're welcome at C/ Riu Güell 158 Local, 17005 Girona, Spain. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can set aside time to go through your project.
